Ink signatures of four of the 19th century’s most prominent poets on individual off-white cards and slips. Signatures are: “W. C. Bryant,” “John G. Whittier,” “O. W. Holmes,” and “J. R. Lowell.” Each signature is gilt-matted under a portrait of the respective signer, to an overall size of 26 x 12.5. In fine condition, with slight brush to Whittier’s last name, horizontal fold through Holmes’s signature, and a bit of mild toning to Lowell’s. R&R COA. Oversized.
