Description

Mentioning Pat, Brandt, and the secretary responsible for the infamous Watergate tape erasure

TLS as president signed with his encircled “RN,” 6.75 x 8.75, White House letterhead, May 4, 1970. Nixon writes to V. John Krehbiel in Pasadena. In part: “Rose Mary [Woods, his private White House secretary] called my attention to the fact that you are now a member of the 1970 President’s Club of Aetna Life and Casualty. Congratulations! Pat and I enjoyed seeing you and Betty when you were back here for the dinner for Chancellor Brandt [of Germany]…. A few very subtle marginal wrinkles, otherwise very fine, crisp condition. Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
