Pencil signature, “Oscar Wilde,” on a lightly lined off-white 4 x 3.5 slip. The slip is affixed to an early 7.5 x 4.5 album page bearing the presentation inscription “For Steve Carson, All good wishes, Seamus Heaney, April 8, 1991.” Heaney (born 1939), like Wilde, an Irishman, won the 1995 Nobel Prize in Literature. In fine condition, with a touch of mild soiling, and slight rippling from mounting. R&R COA.
