I think of you often when I walk on the path you donated….” After signing, Schweitzer adds a postscript: “I learn that the man who wanted to persuade me to buy the property of my neighbor is in prison. I am pained. He was an adventurer, but I had the impression that he was an honest man who was trying to make himself useful.” In very good condition, with intersecting mailing folds, light wrinkling and creases, chips and small tears to bottom edge, and a few minor blots to text.
