A pardon for David Fitzpatrick, who had been convicted and sentenced to two years’ imprisonment for stealing a shovel. Countersigned “Palmerston.” The embossed paper seal is torn but remains otherwise intact at upper left. In very good condition, with soiling, handling wear, and separations at folds (one with tape repair) touching a few words of text. R&R COA.
