American industrialist (1868–1938) who organized the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company in 1900. He later became a close associate of Henry Ford and the main supplier of tires for Ford’s automobiles. DS, signed “H. S. Firestone,” one page, 8.25 x 14, July 14, 1915. A lease agreement by the Firestone Company for a plot of land owned by the Cleveland, Akron & Cincinnati Railway.
