Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 16 x 19.75, September 2, 1830. A grant for a parcel of land near Cincinnati issued to John N. C. Schenck. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Accompanied by an antique portrait engraving. Intersecting folds (vertical fold to “A”) a touch of mild soiling and toning, and subtly irregular ink adhesion to first name, otherwise fine condition.
