Souvenir menu from a 73rd Birthday Dinner given in Truman’s honor in Kansas City on May 8, 1957, 9 x 11.5, signed and inscribed beneath the cover image, “To Hon. John R. Steelman and Mrs. Steelman. (John & Emma to me), affectionate regards from Harry S. Truman.” Steelman had previously served as Truman’s White House Special Assistant.
