An AFTRA engagement contract related to the appearance of Keith Green on the television show “Sammy Davis and the Wonderful World of Children.” After a career as a child performer, Green (1953–1982) went on to become a successful gospel singer/songwriter who died in a plane crash, with two of his children, at the age of 28.
