Signed and inscribed by Gould, “To the highest bidder at Helping Hands and Loving Hearts auction! With every good wish, Dick Tracy and Chester Gould 11/22/74.” Accompanied by the original Dick Tracy mailing envelope. In fine condition, with mild toning over Gould’s signature. R&R COA.
