African-American singer, actor, and social activist (1898–1976) best known for his roles in The Emperor Jones and Showboat. Three-78-r.p.m. record set titled Robeson Sings, “Subscriber’s Edition,” numbered 966 and signed in ballpoint on the inside of the pictorial album cover. A touch of mild rubbing, otherwise fine, clean condition. The records are included. R&R COA.
