DS, sixteen pages, 8.5 x 11, October 21, 1955. Agreement between Loew’s Incorporated and Sinatra to appear in the role of Mike Crosby in the film entitled High Society. Sinatra will receive a salary of $200,000 for the film, payable in installments. Sinatra will also receive additional weekly payments should the schedule exceed sixteen weeks. A paragraph concerning screen credit states that Sinatra will receive no less than third billing and “in giving such credit the names of no members of the cast other than Bing Crosby or Grace Kelly may proceed your name and your name shall be displayed in the same size.” Signed on page fifteen in black ink by Sinatra.
