Vintage matte-finish 8.75 x 11 photo on a 9 x 12 card mount, signed in fountain pen on the mount. The reverse bears a notation indicating that the photo was originally presented in New Delhi in 1948. In very good condition, with a few surface marks to photo and toning and spotting to mount. R&R COA.
