Accompanied by a letter from James E. Rogan, which reads, in part: “The autographs…were obtained by me on the morning of the roll call vote on both articles of impeachment in the United States Senate, February 12, 1999. This was signed in the Marble Room of the Senate shortly before Chief Justice Renquist opened the trial.” In fine condition. R&R COA.
