Standard AFTRA Exclusive Agency Contract between Creative Artists Agency, Inc. and Prince Rogers Nelson, wherein Prince employs the Agency as his “sole and exclusive Agent for a period of two years at a rate of ten percent of all moneys or other consideration received by the Artist.” Four personnel are named in the document who “shall personally supervise the Artist’s business during the term of this contract.” Prince has signed “Prince Rogers Nelson” in blue ink at the bottom of the last page.
