A central figure in the American civil rights movement, Parks (1913–2005) triggered the Montgomery bus boycott of 1955–56 by refusing to give up her seat to a white passenger as required by city law. Two items: glossy 10 x 8 photo of Parks getting fingerprinted, signed in black felt tip; and an 8.5 x 11 one page bio sheet, signed at the top in blue ballpoint. In fine condition, with some scattered light surface creases to photo. R&R COA.
