In part: “Because of the visit of my friend to read over our work on 18 to 21 July, and certain other commitments, I suggest the following changes and addition to the paper ‘Discussion and Typing of Chapters’ dated 4 March 1966. Chapter 13, Saturday 9 July: Alan/Anthony arrive Mill for lunch to discuss Chap. 13, and to say for one week. They depart after breakfast Friday 15, July….
