In full (translated): “This message has to reach Pedro Luis who is in Santa Lucia. It will be good if the message goes out early, in case Pedro Luis believes it necessary to respond.” In good condition, with chip to top edge, intersecting mailing folds (vertical fold touching first name), wrinkling, and scattered light toning and soiling.
