Original color poster for the 1948 Summer Olympic Games in London, 19.75 x 29.75, signed in ink by approximately fifty-five members of the American track team (including two-time gold medal winner and future congressman Bob Mathias), many signers also adding their respective event. Accompanied by a vintage hardcover copy of the Report of the United States Olympic Committee for the 1948 games, which includes photos and lists of all American competitors. In very good condition overall, with folds (as issued; two “extra” horizontal folds), mild allover toning, pinholes and light marginal stains at corners, and several signatures quite light but in most cases still legible.
