Limited edition hand-painted Woody Woodpecker animation cel, #191/200, from the cartoon entitled Rooftop Woody, Woody’s first appearance, 12.5 x 10.5, showing an early version of Woody Woodpecker on a rooftop. Signed in black felt tip by Lantz and presented against a pre-printed color background. This is the only time Woody Woodpecker appeared with these physical attributes. His appearance was changed for the next cartoon. Cel is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from MCA/Universal Animation Art. In fine condition. R&R COA.
