Fountain pen signature, “F. D. Roosevelt,” on an off-white slip, clipped from a larger document signed on February 6, 1914, while serving as the acting Secretary of the Navy. Matted and framed with a photo of Roosevelt aboard a Navy battleship, to an overall size of 15 x 15.5. In fine condition, with an ink and pencil mark to left edge and signature a shade or two light.
