Photocopied track list of Smile, signed at the top in blue felt tip by Brian Wilson; and a felt tip self-portrait sketch of Van Dyke Parks on a white card. Both are double matted together with a color image of the album cover and a photo of Wilson and Parks in the studio, to an overall size of 22 x 14. In fine condition.
