Partially printed DS on vellum, one page, 14.5 x 8.75, August 20, 1812. A document granting to William Reeder a parcel of land near Cincinnati. In very good condition, with first letter of signature a bit lighter than remainder, one fold touching signature, light scattered soiling and a few faint spots, and small chip to one corner.
