Partially printed DS, filled out in another hand and signed in pencil, “Marilyn Monroe,” one page, 5.5 x 8, March 28. A receipt for “After hours face treatment” at the Elizabeth Arden Salon, for which Monroe paid $20.00. Marilyn’s given address, 444 East 57th Street, narrows the date of the item to the period from 1957 to 1962. In fine condition, with signature a couple of shades light (but fully legible) and slightly touching other writing, and a few very faint stains to blank portions, well away from signature.
