DS as president, one page, 13 x 8.5, April 22, 1819. A document granting a parcel of land at Steubenville, Ohio to Andrew Anderson. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. In good to very good condition, with folds, wrinkling, and and fairly heavy overall soiling. The seal is soiled but intact and the signature is dark and clear.
