Partially printed DS, signed “Jerry Lee Lewis,” one page both sides, 8.5 x 14, April 9, 1984. A printed contract, with photo of Lewis as part of the header, for an appearance by Lewis with the Memphis Beats and Kenny Lovelace at the Civic Center in El Paso, Texas, on August 24, 1984. Two ink stamps bear the notation “Cancelled Aug 10 1984”; several pages of accompanying unsigned carbons indicate that the performance was cancelled “due to non-receipt of the second deposit” and then, a week later, reinstated.
