Striking 4 x 5.5 photo on an 8.25 x 10.5 photographer’s mount, a chest-length portrait of a medal-bedecked Wilhelm, signed in ink on the mount and dated November 30, 1893. In fine, visually appealing condition, with a few very faint spots of soiling to mount and light toning from previous framing (easily matted out), neither of which detracts from the undeniable visual impact.
