Lot four items: large ballpoint signature, “Chester Gould,” on a 6 x 2 slip; unsigned original 2.5 x 3.5 ballpoint sketch of Tracy by Gould; vintage matte-finish 5 x 7 photo, signed and inscribed “[indistinct inscription] from Ralph Byrd” (who played Tracy on film beginning in the 1930s); and an original unsigned lobby card for Chapter 7 of the Republic serial Dick Tracy vs. Crime Inc. In fine condition, with edge toning, and a few pinholes to lobby card; and a trivial edge tear, an ink notation, and remnants of a removed inscription on photo. R&R COA.
