In part (translated): “The draft of a law concerning the protection of German honor, with provisions for enforcement, submitted to you by Major Kiesel, does, in my opinion, proceed from the psychologically correct premist that the concept of honor held by an individual of German blood is alien and unknown to the Jew and that therefore the violating of a German’s honor by a Jew should be subject to heavy financial penalties. Protection of honor will be newly regulated in the coming penal law reform and will be adapted to National Socialist philosophy.” In fine condition, with secretarial pencil notations, a touch of mild edge wear and a few tiny tears, and file holes at left edge with associated small chips repaired from the reverse.
