Signed on the title page, “Picasso” with an inscription in French and dated 1952, and also signed and inscribed by author André Verdet. The book, whose title translates as “The Goat,” was a collaboration between Picasso and Verdet; the poet contributed a poem of the same name, which is illustrated with various photos of a sculpture by Picasso. In fine condition, with mild scattered toning, and edge wear with a few chips to glassine wrapper. R&R COA.
