Gorgeous vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 photo of the star clutching a statue of a cherub, signed and inscribed in green fountain pen, “For Mercedes, Cordially, Carole Lombard.” In fine condition, with moderate contrast to signature, light corner bends, a mild touch of edge wear, and a very subtle suggestion of silvering and rippling, none of the above detracting from the truly striking image.
