Along with Maurice Wilkins, Francis Crick and James D. Watson shared the 1962 Nobel Prize in Medicine for discovering the function and structure of DNA, providing enormous impetus for research in the emerging fields of molecular genetics and biochemistry. Lot of three items: ballpoint signature, “James Dewey Watson,” on a cream-colored 3.5 x 5.75 card with an affixed magazine photo; ballpoint signature, “Francis Crick,” on a cream-colored 4 x 3.5 card; and a black felt tip signature, “Mauricio Wilkins,” on a white 8.25 x 11.5 sheet with an unsigned photo removably mounted with photo corners. In fine condition, with collector’s ink stamp to Crick card. R&R COA.
