Lot of two items: personal check, 8.25 x 3, filled out and signed by Stan Laurel, payable to Beverly Hills Water Department for $6.76, June 3, 1929; and a vintage fountain pen signature, “Oliver Hardy,” on a cream-colored 5.5 x 3.75 album page with an affixed newspaper photo. Accompanied by a recent unsigned photo. In fine condition, with usual punch cancellations and bank stamps to check (the latter touching first letter of signature) and very faint, nearly undetectable show-through from writing on reverse of Hardy.
