Vintage sepia glossy 10 x 8 half-length photo of Orville Wright and Charles Lawrence posing together, signed in fountain pen, “Orville Wright” and “Charles Lawrence.” Lawrence was president of Wright Aeronautical Corp., which designed the whirlwind radial airplane motor. This was the motor used by Lindbergh’s Spirit of St, Louis, without which he probably could not have made it across the Atlantic. Scattered light surface marks and impressions and a few light creases, otherwise fine condition. COA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA, PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
