Official letter written while Governor of Oaxaca to the Minister of Domestic and Foreign Affairs, In full (translated), “Today so I state to the Honorable Vice Governor of this State what I herein copy: Having to take leave of the State Government to visit the Road construction, now that work has begun there in earnest, and also with the purpose of taking care of several business matters of extreme importance for the public good, beginning tomorrow you will take charge of government responsibilities during my absence. And I have the honor of transcribing this copy to you for your information and requesting that you also inform His Excellency the President of the Republic to whom, as to you, I send my sincere and warm regards.” In fine condition, with several mailing folds, light overall toning, a touch heavier in the folds and a clean signature.
