Original signed pencil sketch of a pond and either a road or land divisions and a body of water on an off-white 9 x 6 sheet, labelling certain landmarks. Signed at the bottom “Victor Hugo,” adding the date of July 11, 1873. Accompanied by an ALS, signed “Victor H.,” one page, 4.5 x 5.5, no date, in French mentioning his universal biography.
