Club of Starke, Fla and Marius Risley, Lee de Forest.” Also signed “Lee de Forest, 8190 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles Cal” on the reverse in fountain pen. In very good condition, with scattered creases, impressions and dings, quarter-inch separation to the left border with a tiny area of paper loss and light creasing in the borders and corners.
