War-dated handwritten endorsement on a one page lightly lined document, dated March 31, 1863, regarding “services rendered as Guide from March 20th to March 26th,” which has been signed at the conclusion by P. G. Nichols. Endorsed by Sheridan in the middle of the document, “Approved, P. H. Sheridan, Maj.
