A document outlining financing and profit-sharing arrangements for the film William Tell, starring Flynn and directed by famed cinematographer Jack Cardiff. No distributor for William Tell was ever found, the financing ultimately fell through, and the film was never completed or released. Bound into the same folder as the agreement are several letters and other documents (not signed by Flynn) related to planning and production of the film, including a curt letter from a hotel manager explaining that an “excessive” charge to Flynn’s account was the result of a masseur having been made to wait three hours for a scheduled appointment while Flynn was “dining and dancing!” In fine condition, with usual handling wear, file and staple holes, and mild toning. PSA/DNA COA and R&R COA.
