A copy I have had my files examined and find your prospectus … with an order blank for ‘Living Scots and Scots Descendants in America’ at $10. a copy.… I do not know what material relative to me you have in this volume, as I certainly did not supply it and cannot be responsible for it, much less contribute fifty dollars a page for its publication…. I do not care to expend more than ten dollars for a publication of this character and it was this sum in mind that my order was placed.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds, trimmed edges and a bit of mild toning to right edge.
