Signers are: Michael Collins, Frank Borman (3), Alan Bean, Jim Irwin, James Lovell, John Glenn (2), Gordon Cooper (2), Charlie Duke, Alan Shepard, Wally Schirra, Edgar Mitchell, Harrison Schmitt, Charles Conrad (2), Stu Roosa and Deke Slayton.
