DS, one page, 10.75 x 8.5, December 1, 1854. Partial document in which Johnson, as Governor of Tennessee, grants a tract of land to Lovina Ann Cline. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Johnson and countersigned by his Secretary of State. Double matted and framed with a portrait of Johnson, to an overall size of 27 x 16.
