Distinguished vintage sepia matte-finish 8.75 x 12 Harris & Ewing portrait, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “Kindest regards to Andrew K. Reynolds, Harry Truman.” In fine condition, with a couple nicks to bottom edge, mild corner bends (could easily be matted out), faint block of toning around image from a previous mounting, traces of silvering to the darker areas.
