Vintage fountain pen signature, “Carnegie, PA to you, my dear Arthur, best wishes which means as much as a thousand words. Sincerely, J. Honus Wagner, Pirates, the Flying Dutchman,” on an off-white 5 x 3 album page, dated March 3, 1943. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, with Wagner writing, “the Flying Dutchman, Carnegie Pa,” in the return address area. In fine condition, with punch holes to left edge and unobtrusive mounting remnants to two edges. Very rare that Wagner ever added his nickname, adding it twice is even more unbelievable.
