Penetrating vintage sepia glossy 8 x 10 three-quarter profile Warner Bros.-First National Pictures portrait of Bogart in a light-colored shirt with breast pockets, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Nick, Many thanks, Humphrey Bogart.” This portrait appears to be circa 1941s, the time of High Sierra, in which Bogart starred with Ida Lupino. This image was leased in conjunction with a film’s release for use in movie theaters. In fine condition, with scattered surface creases and impressions, minor edge wear, and some emulsion residue on Bogie’s right cheek. A fantastic image of the Hollywood legend!
