The signers are: Donald Cook, Roger Pryor, Lynne Overman, Harry Bellaver, Tom Tully, Arthur Franz, William Gaxton, John Campbell, John Beal, and Walter Abel. In fine condition, with scattered corner bends, dings, and surface impressions, a few discolorations and marginal chips, trimmed edges to Abel, and overwriting to Franz (by him). R&R COA.
