Chicago Tribune sports cartoonist. Lot of two original hand-inked Chicago Tribune sports comics by Jack Sords, each on a 10.5 x 11.25 piece of artists cardstock. One depicting Frank Frisch, with an image of Frisch and three smaller sketches; the other of Jimmy Dykes, again with his image and three smaller sketches. Both signed in black ink, “Sords.” In fine condition, with punch holes to left edges and a bit of light toning or soiling. R&R COA.
