Lot of two DSs includes: 9.5 x 14.5 partly printed document in Italian, untranslated, dated 1939, signed by both on the reverse; the second document bears the heading “Il Duce,” 9.5 x 14.5, dated July 17, 1939, loosely translated from the Italian, grants national protection to war-related invalids, naming two amputees as president and vice president of a government agency concerned with same. Boldly signed at the conclusion by Mussollini. In overall fine condition, with typical age and handling wear, scattered trivial soiling and a small smudge to the first stroke of Mussolini’s signature. R&R COA.
