I am enclosing for your collection a Gallery Card, which I sincerely hope will meet your request.” In fine condition, with a horizontal fold touching a letter of the signature, two blocks of light toning and a rusted paper clip impression far from the signature. Accompanied by the above-referenced gallery card, which permits visitors to the U.S. Senate Chamber, with a stamped Truman signature. R&R COA.
