Composer and violinist. Vintage sepia glossy 10 x 8 portrait of the violinist at work, signed “F. Kreisler” in fountain pen. According to the consignor’s notations on the reverse, the photo was signed while Kreisler was a guest soloist for the Philadelphia Symphony at Carnegie Hall, October 19, 1937. In very good condition, with scattered surface impressions, edge wear, a clipped corner, some discoloration in the margins. R&R COA.
